The Bombay Bakery, famous for its bakery-in-a-bungalow, was built in 1911 in the Saddar area of Hyderabad, Sindh and has recently celebrated its 100th anniversary in November 2011. The bakery was opened by Mr Pahlajarai along with his 3 sons and with the help of their reliable employees developed a fantastic reputation of the bakery. With its innovative approach and great variety of biscuits, cakes and sweets, The Bombay Bakery is renowned as a successful family business with a legacy. The Bombay Bakery is now run by the family and is currently run by the 4th generation, the grand-son of the owner, Sonoo Salman Sheikh.
